When viewing our catalog, you will find many non-standard size images available for purchase.  This is because MONTAGE Fine Art Publishing has chosen not to alter the original height-to-width ratio of an artists’ original work.

Product Options

Option A:  Giclee' print on paper, with 1 inch  blank (white) border. Your choice of Velvet Digital Fine Art Paper or  Watercolor paper.

Option B:  Giclee' print on canvas, Museum Wrapped over 3/4 inch bars, black wrapped edge.  Your choice of Glossy or Matte Canvas.

Option C:  Giclee' print on canvas, Gallery Wrapped over 1 1/2 inch bars, white wrapped edge.  Your choice of Glossy or Matte canvas.

Option D:  Giclee' print on canvas, Gallery Wrapped over 1 1/2 inch  bars,  black wrapped edge. Your choice of Glossy or Matte canvas

Option E: Giclee' print on canvas, Gallery Wrapped over 1 1/2 inch bars, continouse image on wrapped edge.  Your choice of Glossy or Matte canvas. 

Our giclee' inks are fade resistant, lasting for at least 75 years under normal conditions.  In fact, they even have higher archival prpoerties than most any other form of reproduction.  Add it up and you've got a service that offers the highest quality, with the lowest investment and the greatest flexibility!

Special note;  Continous Mirrored Image Gallery Wrap

The outer 1 3/4" of the image will be "cloned" and mirrored to create the area that covers the outer edge of the Gallery Wrap.  The mirroring provides a smooth transition.

If the Artist's signature is in the "clone zone", it will appear reversed on the outside edge.

 Size Restrictions

Each Custom-made or Metal is priced as two pairs.  One consists of two equal lengths or sides.  It takes two pairs to make a frame.

Metal frames are always shipped as sectionals and cannot ship in assembled form nomatter what the size.

Frames can be ordered up to the size 83"x83".  Metal frames are not available in sizes less than 4" and the maximum is 83" online.

Frames exceeding 65" in total cannot be shipped assembled.

Please note;  All frame dimensions are measured from the inside of the frame.

What is a "rabbet"?

The rabbet is the recess on the back inside edge of the frame, into which the artwork fits. 

Metal frames;

Most of our metal frames have enclosed rabbets.  When you're framing be sure that the rabbet accomodates the depth of the print you are going to put in that frame.

Custom-made frames;

These frames have open rabbets, so they will work for almost any framing project.
